DevOps
- I deployed, configured, and monitored Appleās Identity Management Software all the way from development, to user acceptance testing, and production environments. On occasion, I had to deploy to the performance environment as well.Ā
Splunk
- I created Splunk dashboards to monitor Appleās Identity Management Software in multipleās environments that clearly visualized the performance of endpoints, servers, instances, key performance indicators, etc.Ā
Custom AI index
- I created a custom Splunk index that acted as the training and validation set for a machine learning model that would detect anomalous behavior from various components in Apples Identity management service. This led to quicker identification and resolution of high priority customer facing issues. Ā
Ansible playbooks
- I managed bare-metal servers in 3+ locales where various mission critical applications were running. I created Ansible playbooks that managed these servers and applications for maintenance and management purposes.Ā
