I created a way for Apple to share beta software and additional assets to customers to get customer feedback
- Reduced the number of clicks to create and store a new asset by a factor of 3x
- Reduced the assets to be stored in one location instead of two as previously required
- Created a custom UI to create, view, edit, and mass remove beta software and assets from the public, two of the operation were not previously supported
- Implemented a solution that reduced the number of applications and webpages a user needed, to manage beta software deployment, to one application.
👥 User Studies
- Lead a weekly user study for month with the core users of the applications.
- Documented feedback, facilitated wireframe updates, and designed interactive user interfaces with Balsamic.
- Conducted user surveys to understand and dissect the steps, tools, and processes users currently adopt to complete their task(s).
